GARBAGE COLLECTION
The schedule for garbage collection is Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 11 am.
We also remind you that tree branches must be tied up and in pieces no larger than 1 meter, otherwise they will not be collected.
Garbage bags, as established by the regulations, must be in receptacles, that prevent animals from breaking into the bags.
DO NOT put garbage out after 5 pm, it will stay out all night, and it is very likely that the animals will break them.

Activities and Classes

Water Aerobics
Water Aerobics take place every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday starting at 9:00 am. Club members can take water aerobics for free non-members can pay a fee at the main office for a year long water aerobics pass.

Gym
The gym is located on the lower level of the clubhouse and is open for members during normal business hours.

Steam Room
Men's and Women's steam rooms are located in the respective locker rooms. Please call the main office one (1) hour a head of your planned usage time.

Dog Park/Walking Track
7 am-8 am People only (no dogs)
8 am-6 pm Dogs and people
7 pm- 8 pm People only (no dogs)
Park closes at 8 pm

Library
The library is located on the upper level of the clubhouse and houses numerous books in English. Books can be checked out.

Zumba
Free low impact zumba classes. Monday Wednesday Friday 9 am. Lower terrace. Zumba free to residents; 200 pesos /person non residents

Tennis
The clay tennis courts at the Raquet Club are under the management of local tennis pro Sr. Juan Carlos Castro. There is no cost to play for up to two (2) homeowners per household. For all others the cost is 250 pesos per hour per court ($125 per person singles, $62.50 per person doubles). To schedule your court time you can contact Willie Renteria at 3339055401.
The club also has two hard court tennis courts which can be used on a first come first served basis by any Raquet Club member or those possessing a valid club ID. Guest day passes can be purchased for 200 pesos when accompanied by a club member.

The pickleball courts at the Raquet Club are under the management of local tennis pro Sr. Juan Carlos Castro. There is no cost to play for up to two (2) homeowners per household. For all others the cost is 100 pesos in the morning and 70 pesos in the afternoon.

Ping Pong
The ping pong table is located on the main floor of the clubhouse. Use of the table is first come first served. Paddles and balls are available in the main office.
Information on Club ID's & Guest Passes

Paid owners get 2 Club ID’s. This includes the ones for the owners i.e. if there are 2 owners on the deed, they get 1 each and 4 others for family or renters. They cannot be sold to other people. A daily guest pass for other guests are available for free: 6 every 2 months or 36 if paid in full for the year. Up to 4 guest passes may be used per day.

Additional guest passes can be purchased for 200 pesos per day for adults and 100 pesos for children ages 6-11
Within the staff of the Fraccionamiento we have an Agronomist Engineer, whom we recommend to perform work in your homes after his departure time, which is Monday to Friday from 5 pm.
His name is Manuel Ibarra and he can help you with the recommendation and application of agrochemical and organic products, as well as pests, garden nutrition and gardening work.
In the reception area you can leave your contact information so he can get in touch with you, or send him an email to ibarra17_jmiz@hotmail.com.
It is important to mention that the cost of his services is paid by each resident.

It is strictly forbidden to introduce objects such as chairs, life jackets, or inflatable objects into the pool.

It is forbidden to consume food or drinks in the pool area, please use the palapa area and please do not leave trash.

Firearms, drugs, and smoking are prohibited in the pool area.
